At CabNow, we understand that your plans may change and you may need to cancel your ride reservation. We have developed the following cancellation policy to help you understand how cancellations work and to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality service to all of our customers.
Cancellation By The Passenger
If you need to cancel your ride reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any cancellation charges. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged the full fare for the ride.
If you need to cancel your ride due to unforeseen circumstances such as a medical emergency or flight cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Cancellation By The Company
We reserve the right to cancel your ride reservation if we are unable to provide the requested service, such as in cases of extreme weather conditions or vehicle breakdown. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
Changes To Your Reservation
If you do not show up for your scheduled pick-up time and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule your reservation, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full fare for the ride.

Refunds
Refunds for cancelled reservations will be processed within 3 business days of the cancellation. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear on your credit card statement depending on your bank’s processing time.
Note: If CabNow is not able or fail to provide vehicle to the customer as per customer’s requirement and intimidated or informed customer in prior to 4 Hrs from the date & time of journey (2 days from the date of journey in case of Char Dham Yatra), and customer claim for any compensation then we at CabNow are not liable to make any compensation whatsoever.

Important: – The above mentioned terms and conditions are only applicable for the confirmed booking of a vehicle or vehicles from CabNow, while for booking of any other tour package the conditions are as given from the various travel partner are
applicable so please refer the travel partner terms and condition as given in its website, CabNow is not responsible for any financial or emotional damage cause to the customers.
